The Action & Evidence Pack and Fix & Verify are one-time digital purchases. If a paid product is unavailable after confirmed payment, a charge is duplicated, or the service produces fallback demonstration output instead of a live report, contact support with the account email, report ID, and checkout time for review.
Zone Zero Pro is a monthly per-seat subscription. It renews until canceled. Organization owners can manage seats and cancel future renewal through the Stripe billing portal; access continues through the paid period unless a refund or account action ends it earlier.

Zone Zero is a first-pass, photo-based screening and documentation tool. It is not an official inspection, a compliance certification, an insurance decision, or emergency guidance. Photo coverage, angle, lighting, and automated analysis can limit or misidentify findings. Verify any required work with qualified professionals and the local fire authority.
