How does Zone Zero create a report?
Zone Zero reviews the exterior photos you upload, applies the screening rules for your selected jurisdiction, and identifies visible areas that may need review. Red markers are visual review cues, not official inspection findings. Hidden, shaded, out-of-frame, or measurement-dependent conditions may not be detected.
Is this an inspection or compliance determination?
No. Zone Zero is a photo-based screening tool, not an on-site inspection, code determination, insurance decision, or legal opinion. Confirm any required work with the authority having jurisdiction and qualified local professionals.
What photos produce the best result?
Take clear, well-lit photos while walking the full perimeter. Include the first 5 feet around walls, decks, vents, gates, attached structures, and any vegetation or stored material near the building. Avoid extreme blur, glare, and very dark photos.

The free screening provides a first-pass property risk summary, visible red photo markers for likely concerns, and guidance on what to investigate next.

A photo with no supported visible concern may correctly remain unmarked.
How many marked photos does the free report include?
Every uploaded photo is reviewed. When supported visible concerns are found, the free report shows every supported red marker within up to three concern photos. The $14.99 Action & Evidence Pack extends the complete marker set and detailed findings across every applicable uploaded photo, then adds the ordered work and documentation package.
What is Fix & Verify?
Fix & Verify is a $49 before-and-after bundle. It connects a baseline screening with a later re-scan so you can compare resolved, new, and persistent visible findings after remediation.
Who is Zone Zero Pro for?
Zone Zero Pro is $49 per seat each month for HOAs, real-estate teams, inspectors, property managers, and other organizations screening multiple properties. Owners can purchase 1 to 25 seats, invite teammates, manage billing, and add organization branding to premium reports.
How do beta codes work?
Enter the code at Stripe Checkout. Beta codes are limited to the product they were issued for and are intended for testing only. A completed checkout returns you to your report or organization setup.
Can I cancel Zone Zero Pro?
Yes. Organization owners can use the Stripe billing portal to cancel future renewal. Access continues through the paid period unless a refund or account action ends it earlier.
What if I pay but cannot access the product?
Contact support with the account email and checkout time. Zone Zero will verify the Stripe payment and entitlement. Duplicate charges and confirmed delivery failures are eligible for review and refund to the original payment method.
Can I save a report and receive follow-up emails?
Yes. You can choose to save your report with an email address and separately opt in to follow-up reminders. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to use the scanner.
